Please bear in mind that all the aforementioned information is based on the premise that our products are Personalized and Customized according to the orders placed by the customer. All alterations are made after being approved by the customers.
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash
Delivery Location
We ship globally.
Delivery Time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and method of delivery. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Shipping Costs
We charge PKR 270/- as delivery charges, on all orders below PKR 2000. Orders above PKR 2000 have free delivery, as in the company bears the delivery charges.
In case of missing the parcel on the first attempt and asking to reship it, there are additional charges of Rs 270 as delivery charges for second attempt of delivering.
