Refund policy
Orders without Customization/Personalization
We gladly offer a 3 day refund policy.
100% product price will be refunded if there is no defect in the product.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the order and wants to exchange the product with some other variant of the same or another product, the company will gladly do so given the customer bears delivery charges of returning the product and delivery of the new product.
Orders with Customization/Personalization
CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED orders are not refundable nor returnable. These are final sales.
Please check all information concerning dimensions, color, and delivery delay before you purchase and feel free to ask questions if something appears unclear.
We are always available to be asked questions before you purchase a product.
Cancellation Policy.
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping or delivery. If any situation arises where the order has been delivered, the cancellation is no longer valid and will be dealt in accordance to before mentioned policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or the agreed payment method again.
Then contact your payment method company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
